Introduction

This document was developed by the founders and executive members of NorteSul Virtual, aiming to familiarize pilots with the company and what is expected of each party, and the rules, regulations and procedures that affect the daily life of our operations here at NorteSul.

History

It was with the same spirit and enthusiasm of Santos Dumont to unite people through aviation that NorteSul Virtual was created. It all started from the dream of a group of friends, aviation enthusiasts, whose objective was to form a virtual airline that would accommodate the wishes and needs of each virtual pilot aviation lover that wants something different. That's right! A different company, with the Brazilian touch and with Brazilian colors, which best represent our people, our country and our history. It all started with a simple chat in a meeting. On July 7, 2018, the dream became reality, and then NorteSul was born. Our headquarters is at Governador André Franco Montoro, popularly known as Guarulhos/São Paulo Internation Airport, Located in the city of Guarulhos, in the vincinity of São Paulo Area and our hubs are spread out the main airports of the country and the world: Guarulhos, Santiago del Chile, Miami, Frankfurt, Manila, Nairobi, Abu Dhabi, being Galeão and Guarulhos our maintenance HUBs.

Our Mission

NorteSul Virtual mission is to provide our members an environment of respect where individuals can experience, learn and have fun at the same time practicing their basic and advanced flight knowledge using their variety of flight simulation programs out there. Also to promote an environment without hostilities where anyone will be hear equally regardless of hierarchy, avoiding the hostility of discrimination and Bullying.

Vision / Goals

NorteSul Virtual vision is to be available to our members in the most diverse virtual airline needs, so that their experiences here can be efficient and enjoyable with necessary tools to ensure that their jobs are always executed with excellence. Our goal is to provide our members an experience close to the reality of the airlines as the real life companies have on their daily bases. NorteSul Virtual will maintain the same level of professionalism a real aviation company has to its members with members of our company, providing training and career opportunities advantages here at NorteSul.
