Founders

The founders are responsible for the direct operation of the VA and their responsibility is to take care of all bureaucratic aspects or not of NorteSul Virtual and all of its members. They are the members of the "Board of Directors" that in the House decide the direction of VA.

This hierarchy was designed not to generate status and differences between our members, but to organize it as close as possible to a real aviation company. Therefore, will not be allowed any kind of power abuse by any Staff member of this company including its founding members, because NorteSul, as mentioned earlier, is a family-oriented company, and we are very proud of it.

Staff Members

President - CEO

The President or CEO is responsible for creating, communicating, and implementing the vision of this organization, its mission and direction. He is responsible for leading, guiding, directing and evaluating the work of the other members of the Executive, including the Vice President – COO and directors. He is responsible for formulating and implementing the strategic plans that will guide NorteSul Airlines. He is also responsible for calling the periodic Assemblies and lead them, with elective purpose or not.

Vice President - COO

The Vice-President or COO is responsible for managing the organization. He/she must ensure that all rules, regulations and procedures are in accordance and in full operation for the welfare of the entire "NorteSul family". His/her functions are directly under the authority of the CEO.

Chief Technology Officer - CTO

The head of the technological Department reports directly to the CEO. As head of the technological Department, this Staff takes care of the technological information "IT" and the computer systems that better support our mission and our purpose in serving the virtual aviation community as a whole and our own here at NorteSul Virtual. The focus of the CTO is data management, networking, and working as system administrator. It is his/her responsibility to create and maintain the official NorteSul Virtual web applications. He is also responsible for keeping ACARS in operation. He/she is also responsible for testing any software system that the organization receives and reports its conclusions to the CEO and COO.

Chief of Arts Department - CAD

The head of the Art Department is the one responsible for all artistic creation of NorteSul Virtual. He is responsible for the creation and development of artistic projects of textures, awards and any art that involves NorteSul Virtual brand, including disclosure of the brand to the virtual community. He/she is responsible for creating and implementing and final approval of the projects developed on the behalf of the NorteSul Virtual. It is also responsible for the distribution of this material inside and outside of the Corporation and making sure that all art used by NorteSul Virtual is made by us and legal. He is also responsible for brand innovation and must report directly to the CEO.

Chief Flight Instructor - CFI and Chief Aircraft Instructor - CAI

The Chief flight instructor is the one who will support all NorteSul Virtual Airlines pilots and other flight instructors from NorteSul Virtual on his/her responsibility. They are responsible for teaching from the very basic to the most advanced level of flight in the form of theoretical and practical courses. Must have a high degree of knowledge about specific aircraft training, preferably with experience in the real world. All instructors must report directly to the Chief flight instructor and they, together with the CAI, should teach basic courses and advanced aviation techniques. They must also have an advanced level of knowledge in virtual flight simulation and/or the real world. All instructors must report directly to the CFI.
