Section 5 - Terms of Termination

All pilots in their ability, must at all times, without exception, follow these rules and regulations contained herein or in any other official document of NorteSul Virtual as professional as possible. When flying, taking the name of NorteSul Virtual on any network of virtual simulation, our pilots will follow a pattern of conduct and respect for all the pilots and ATC online by the time they’re simulating. It is the duty of NorteSul Virtual to inform all its members that the failure to comply with such regulations and conduct, will bring in punishment as described below, but not restricted to them depending on the severity of the offense committed by the Member of the VA.

  • 24-hour suspension from all servers and connections of NorteSul Virtual
  • 48-hours suspension from all servers and connections of NorteSul Virtual
  • One (1) week suspension from all servers and connections of NorteSul Virtual
  • Permanent Ban of all servers and connections of NorteSul Virtual

All disciplinary actions taken against a pilot must be documented and filed by NorteSul Virtual. In the event of disciplinary action against a pilot, the same will be prevented from receiving any kind of promotion, award, or change of ranking. All suspension may be appealed. As part of defense and exercise of democracy no one will be denied the right of appeal, no matter how serious the offense is. To appeal an email must be sent to [email protected]. After receiving the appeal, an investigation will be opened. A report of the investigation must be handed over to the CEO prior to the meeting to address the matter. The CEO along with COO, after listening to both parties involved in the dispute, shall make a decision based on facts and which best fits to the solution of the problem without compromising the company’s reputation.
