NorteSul Virtual Airlines is an organization that defends the privacy of its members within identity secrecy laws enforced in Brazil and abroad. Law number 12,965/2014, known as Marco Civil da internet, regulating coexistence in society. This legislation aims to preserve the Brazilian's private life and safeguard the right to freedom of expression, ensuring that people do not have their intimacy and private life exposed to third parties without prior consent.

Therefore, no information will be shared with any third party at any time, being observed the respect the laws and citizens, unless those against loss, theft, as well as unauthorized access, copying, use or modification of this data made by cyber-attack. In 2020, in Brazil, we started to follow the LGPD known as Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, a brazilian law in the style as GDPR to protect the data and the privacy in all online environments.

Legality

NorteSul Virtual is a non-profit organization of any nature, which aims to provide its members with an experience as close to the real one as possible. Our operations are primarily for education of those whose hobby is aviation. No copyrighted material is used here, except those that have been previously authorized by their respective authors. Any material used by NorteSul will always be made by its own except those already mentioned above.
