Section 6 - Pilot's Behavior Adjustments

Expected Behavior

Here at NorteSul Virtual it is expected from all members to behave maturely and respectfully in all environments belonging to the Corporation, including, but not limited to our Web Page, Discord, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. All members must be mature and professional while simulating on VATSIM or and POSCON and in all environments mentioned prior in this handbook. It will not be permitted the use of profanity and verbal abuse in any way and discussions of any nature that may offend our younger members and will not be allowed any request for services of any nature, whether financial, sexual, drug abuse or distribution. NorteSul Virtual will use all resources available to protect your organization as a whole and safeguard its conduct and family orientation already mentioned previously in this document. It will not be permitted to trade in personal information, such as email and password, SSN, not only limited to them under any circumstances in any channel whose owner is NorteSul Virtual. Also will not be allowed in any channel maintained by NorteSul Virtual brand:

  • Racism
  • Sexism
  • Homophobic Bullying and Cyber Bullying
  • Recruitment for other VAs
  • Racial hatred Pictures
  • Inappropriate (Pornography/Narcotics)
  • Disrespect of any kind
  • Threats of any kind
  • Political advertisement of any kind
  • Unlawful Possession of third party Add-ons, accounts or any other kind of piracy

Behavior Adjustment

NorteSul Virtual believes that all of its members should be treated equally. That’s why we formulate these behavior correction procedures so there is no different treatment at any time or of any kind here at the VA, because the transparency of actions and character is what lead us to growth and maturity needed to face the elements of life. The first step taken by us after a pilot received a warning, will be a formal talk with the Human Resources Director and any Chief Executive available at Discord. If there is no Executive staff in the Discord channel at that moment, the HR Director will contact them and wait, along with the Member and with discretion, until they can come in and hold a meeting together. In the second incident involving the same pilot, a meeting will take place with the participation of the Human Resources Director, the CEO and COO and a 24-hour suspension should be applied to prevent such pilot from logging to any network of NorteSul Virtual. In case of a third incident, a 48-hour suspension must be applied.

Each offense here at NorteSul Virtual is divided in degrees of severity on a scale from A to D where "D" is the worst of all the offenses and may result in permanent Ban and "A" is considered a mild offense which will result in meeting or 24 hours.

A Fall Language, disrespect of any kind
B Threats, Political ADs, Unlawful possession of private property of any kind, piracy
C Racial Hatred or Slurs, inappropriate pictures, full around
D Racism, sexism, homophobia, Bullying e Cyberbullying

All violations will be taken directly to the CAO and documented and filled on the pilot's individual record.

Certainty that all our members are, above all, protagonists of a different History which we experience nowadays, where hatred is spread among men and intolerance and impatience takes place of our daily actions, we here at NorteSul Virtual, will strive in every way to maintain peace and harmony among all, building an environment, of respect, honesty and transparency without hostility so that we all stand here for many years to come.
